My approach

If 20 years with babies and toddlers have taught me one thing, it's this: children rarely develop as neatly as a milestone chart makes it look. A child may move quickly through one area and take more time in another, skip a skill, or approach it differently.

So I don't stop at "is my child behind?" I look at which underlying skill is getting in the way, and I give parents a step-by-step plan to build it. I'm a fixer. Every activity I teach tells you what to do, what I'm watching for, and exactly what to change when it isn't working.

"You stop seeing delays everywhere. You start seeing your child, and you know how to help."

What I help parents with

🧸 Movement

Tummy time, rolling, crawling, walking, head turning to one side, W-sitting and toe walking.

💬 Communication

The skills that come before talking, first words and early conversation.

🥄 Eating

Picky eating, gagging, textures, chewing and utensils.

🌙 Sleep, sensory & big feelings

Sleep that keeps changing, sensory overload, tantrums and calming.
